The German private TV network ProSiebenSat1 just announced that Dan Marks will leave the company due to personal reasons. Marks was member of the board since May, 1 2010. In his function as New Media Officer he was responsible for the development of the network’s digital strategy, which included the online, pay-TV as well as video on demand activities of ProSiebenSat1. Until a successor is found, CEO Thomas Ebeling will take over Dan Marks’ responsibilities.
